Visit, Rest, Nourish
Like the pond, the loft was another Summer 2021 project. Starting out as an unfinished space above our garage, it was uninsulated, mostly open the outside world, and a haven for mud daubers. Now it’s a quiet oasis for contemplation and a springboard for exploration of the natural world..
The loft unfolds as a spacious room partitioned into discrete, inviting areas. Three unified windows, optimally arranged to welcome the morning sun, illuminate the serene space. High ceilings and clean lines define the interior, while excellent sound insulation ensures tranquility — unless you choose to open the windows and invite in the chorus of the frogs.
As you ascend the stairwell, a burst of color greets you, along with a wall of west-facing windows. At the top, a bench and table invite you to pause and appreciate the view.
Our aspiration is for the loft to be a haven of relaxation, a space you can effortlessly sink into. Expect a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings and bedding, and a soothing shower. Unpack, unwind, and immerse yourself in the tranquil rhythm of Frog Song Farm.
Beyond the confines of the loft, we invite you to enjoy the spaces scattered throughout the farm. Feel free to find solace on any of the benches by the pond, seek shade under the pergola, or meander through the trails we've mown through the woods and fields. Join us in these spaces if you wish — our family is always outside, embracing the harmony of the land.
